How big are DataStore updates

Adding Objects to the Datastore is How Big ?

I wanted to see how much traffic is generated around the Farm when you perform basic Admin tasks as some admins had complained of the CMC going slow when people were making changes.
Heres the info for Xenapp 4 (from the advanced concept guide)

Publish an Application 12K
Create an Isolation Environment 16K
Create a policy 8K
