I had a problem with The Citrix Isolation environment whereby my isolated application failed to launch. I was using AIERUN.EXE inside a batch file to launch my application.
It appeared the problem was with the AIE using long file name format.
I changed the launch command to use tilda name and it worked fine.
eg. AIERUN.exe C:\progra~1\dave.exe
