Control Internet Explorer Zones via Registry

Internet Explorer Zone setting can be managed on a per user basis via the registry.
The settings reside in the following location

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
