This problem occured in a Presentation Server 4.0 environment.
There is a fix for this problem in PSE400W2K3R01 Citrix rollup fixpack. Though I have experienced a problem with this fix when using pass thru. The pass thru server seems to show the symptoms even more often after the fix. Citrix have advised that R02 should correct this but as yet not proven. R02 for PS4 Did resolve the problem once released.
