Citrix ICA file in XenApp 4.5

The Ability to create ICA files for a published application has been removed from the AMC and CMC console in Presentation server 4.5

Citrix have now released a ICA File Creation tool available from their website
http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX113472

And also a add-on for the AMC.

The ICA file creation tool is very simple to use. Its a simple GUI that you fill in and it creates the required ICA file.
