Unable to add user account to Edgesight

I was Unable to add a user account to Edgesight for reason unknown the user simply never gained access.

The account had a bizzare name "LASSEAUX Mickael ;361,15=A8808410U"
I renamed the account to a more standard name and adding the account back into edgesight worked all ok.
