IE goes to http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx Instead of homepage
In some conditions when a user launches Internet explorer they goto a Microsoft run once page as opposed to the Web Page specified as their start Page.
In order to prevent this behaviour you can add the following registry keys to a user registry hive to prevent this behaviour.
Add the following registry keys which will tell IE that the config has already been run.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
"RunOnceHasShown"=dword:00000001
"RunOnceComplete"=dword:00000001
