Licence Server RE-install causes event ID 9014
We had a large number of the following events (9014) and users were prompted with a Citrix Licence error message. The following event was logged in the EventLog
Event ID : 9014
The licenses required by this edition of Citrix Presentation Server are not present on the license server Licservername.
This occured after the Licence server had been re-installed.
To resolve the issue we pointed the Licence server setting in the Farm Settings to a dummy Licence server and clicked APPLY and OK. Then we went back in and set the Licence server back to the correct name of the Licence server and clicked APPLY and OK.
This is apparently a known issue and resolution when rebuilding the licence server.
