Web Interface Timeout settings
The Web Interface timeout settings are controlled by 2 settings on your web interface servers.
In the Access Management Console under "Manage Session Preferences" and "Web Sessions"
Under IIS Manager
Open the application pools
select Web Interface properties
Click the performance tab.
Set the desired timeout for the worker process.
Note : The IIS setting seems to override the AMC setting in the event of the timeout setting being different.
