SSL Error 43: Proxy server denied to port 1494
Users connecting through Access Gateway Enterprise edition reported the following error message when launching XenApp delivered applications.
SSL Error 43: Proxy server denied to STA:<value> port 1494
The problem was a firewall issue which caused connectivity between the web interface and the STA servers to fail.
The problem was quickly proven by trying a telnet between the web interface server and the STA server on port 1494. This connection failed ruling out Access gateway as the issue and ruling in firewalls.
