Internet Explorer version 6 and 7 and possibly older store the size and window postion of Internet explorer in the following registry key.
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
Window_placement
Its a nasty reg_binary so wont make much sense. Ive tried to script reg poking the key
at user at logon but it didnt appear to work.
