Prevent Internet Explorer Default Browser popup

Internet Explorer has a annoying habit of checking to see if its the default brower and promting you as such.

To Prevent this behaviour you can set it in the Internet Explorer under Tools, Internet options, Program Tab, there is a tick box there you can untick.

Or if you want to make the change via the registry set
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
Check_Associations = No
